Quote… Unquote, Inc.(QUQ) is the 501c-3 non-profit operator of Encantada TV and Albuquerque’s Public Access TV Station, Community Cable Channel 27 (3C27TV).
Encantada TV May 5, 2009 Launch Party Encantada TV's opening prayer songs were dedicated to Rose Ebaugh, a long time producer and activist for Albuquerque's community. The "Prayer Song" acousitic guitar was created and performed by Roger Cultee.
